| To book the house, a deposit of 25% of the rental is payable by cheque to Patricia Hazan. If booking within 8 weeks of the start date, full payment is due. Further information and a simple tenancy agreement will be sent. |

| Linen, bedding and towels (but not for outdoor use) are included. |

| Electricity, bottled gas and heating are included April to September but there is a £30 charge for heating between October and March. |

| You should find the house clean on your arrival and we ask that you leave it in the same state. If you would like us to arrange for the house to be cleaned at the end of your stay, please let us know and this can be done at an extra cost of £30. |

| We regret that pets are not allowed, and would ask you not to smoke in the house. |
